Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24 hours prior to cancelling your appointment or a fee will be charged. We understand that sometimes things happen and we want to be flexible with your time and ours, but last minute cancellations directly effect our pay as commissioned based workers.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business it is in consideration of our time, and other guests of the spa that we need to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. 

We are so grateful to be here to serve you and ask only that you be respectful of this policy. Just give us a call if you’re running late, or cannot make your appointment and we will assess the cancellation fee.
